Accessibility Statement
We want people to be able to review the offer, purchase, receive, set up, and use Content Planner with as few barriers as possible.
1. Commitment
Content Planner is committed to making this website and its essential purchase information usable by as many people as possible. The design aims toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices, but the site has not yet received an independent formal conformance audit.
If a barrier prevents you from reviewing the offer, purchasing, downloading, or using the files, contact support. Reasonable assistance or an accessible alternative will be provided where possible.
2. Measures in place
- semantic headings, landmarks, lists, buttons, and form controls;
- keyboard-visible focus and a skip link to main content;
- text alternatives for meaningful product images;
- responsive layouts designed for narrow and zoomed screens;
- reduced-motion support for people who request it;
- live status text for checkout and inventory changes;
- purchase-activity notifications that pause on hover or keyboard focus and can be turned off for the current page session;
- descriptive link text and policy pages written in plain English; and
- an HTML Quick Start Guide alongside the PDF version.
3. Expected compatibility
The website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers, keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, and browser zoom. The UTF-8 CSV and Markdown source files can be opened with compatible text or table tools. The workspace created after import depends on Notion's accessibility features and may behave differently between its desktop, web, and mobile interfaces.
4. Known limitations
Product previews and imported database views can contain dense tabular information. The PDF guide may not offer the same reflow and navigation flexibility as the included HTML guide. Notion, Whop checkout, and any third-party bonus service are controlled by their respective providers.
These limitations are reviewed as feedback and testing identify practical improvements. This statement does not claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant.
5. Feedback and assistance
Email support@contentplanner.store with:
- the page, file, or task that caused difficulty;
- the browser, device, and assistive technology used, if you are comfortable sharing;
- a description of what happened; and
- the format or assistance that would help.
The normal response target is within 3 business days. Accessibility feedback is used to prioritize fixes and improve future releases.
6. Assessment and updates
The current assessment consists of developer checks, keyboard review, responsive visual review, and automated accessibility-oriented checks. A manual audit with representative assistive technologies is still recommended before public launch.
This statement was last updated on July 28, 2026 and will be revised after material accessibility changes or a formal assessment.
