Privacy Policy

This policy describes the personal information used to operate checkout, send a requested one-time stock alert, deliver the digital product and bonus, prevent abuse, and provide support.

1. Who controls your information

WE LAUNCH LLC, trading as Content Planner, is the controller of personal information used to sell and deliver this product, provide support, and operate this website.

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to privacy@contentplanner.store. Seller contact and address details are available on the Seller Details page.

Whop independently controls personal information it uses for accounts, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, and its own platform operations. Its Privacy Policy applies to those activities.

2. Information collected

The website and fulfillment system may process:

  • your checkout email address and the identity details Whop provides for fulfillment;
  • the email address you submit for one stock alert, together with request, status, send, cancellation, and deletion timestamps and limited operational identifiers;
  • if Plunk reports a permanent bounce or complaint, a keyed HMAC fingerprint of the normalized email address, the suppression reason and timestamps, an event count, the provider event type, and a hashed provider event identifier;
  • Whop user, payment, order, plan, checkout, refund, and dispute references;
  • payment and refund status, timestamps, and transaction amount;
  • the two-letter billing-country code Whop provides with a captured payment;
  • delivery status, download expiry, email delivery identifiers, and delivery errors;
  • the surprise bonus assigned to an eligible paid order;
  • limited order and checkout-reservation details used to create anonymous commerce activity;
  • checkout reservation identifiers stored in a strictly necessary browser cookie;
  • a pseudonymous HMAC-derived network identifier used for rate limiting;
  • webhook records needed to verify, fulfill, reconcile, and audit payments or refunds;
  • technical request logs produced by hosting and security providers; and
  • information you include in a support or privacy request.

The Seller does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Whop and its payment partners handle payment credentials.

3. Sources

Information comes directly from you, from your browser when it requests checkout or downloads, from the stock-alert form, from Whop and its payment partners, from purchase and stock-alert email delivery reports, from authenticated Plunk workflow webhooks for permanent bounces and complaints, and from communications you send to the Seller.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Why personal information is used
PurposeInformation usedLegal basis where applicable
Create checkout, confirm an order, deliver files and bonus, and provide supportContact, order, payment, delivery, and support dataContract and steps requested before a contract
Prevent abuse, secure the website, reconcile payments, and defend disputesPseudonymous network bucket, technical logs, payment and webhook recordsLegitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, and legal claims
Meet accounting, tax, consumer, and regulatory obligationsTransaction, refund, identity, and communication recordsLegal obligation
Send the purchase and access emailEmail, order reference, delivery link, and assigned bonusContract
Record, manage, and send one requested stock-availability alertEmail, request and status timestamps, and limited delivery or cancellation identifiersYour specific request or consent, and steps you request before a possible purchase, as applicable
Prevent another email after a permanent bounce or complaint and maintain delivery hygieneKeyed HMAC email fingerprint, suppression reason and timestamps, event count, and hashed provider event identifierLegitimate interests in honoring complaints, preventing unwanted or undeliverable email, and protecting sender reputation; legal obligation where applicable
Show truthful recent purchase and active-checkout activity, and live aggregate availabilityDe-identified purchase or reservation status; limited quantity, rounded time, and privacy-gated billing country; aggregate inventory countsLegitimate interests in communicating genuine demand and operating limited inventory

The purchase email is transactional and does not subscribe you to marketing. If optional marketing is introduced later, it will use an appropriate legal basis and a separate opt-out.

The stock alert is separate from the purchase email. Entering your email and selecting “Email me when it's back” is the affirmative request for that single alert; the dedicated form has no separate marketing checkbox because it has no other purpose. Its notice states: “One stock alert only. No newsletter. We delete your email after the alert.” The address is not used for a newsletter, unrelated promotions, or any other campaign.

After joining, the page provides an immediate cancellation control backed by a private, single-purpose token. Using it cancels the pending alert and removes the email address immediately. The raw cancellation token is returned only for that control; the server stores a one-way hash rather than the raw token. Submitting the same pending email again does not reveal or rotate the original token. Cancellation cannot recall an alert that was already handed to the email provider and is still being delivered, so that message may still arrive.

The Seller treats this narrowly limited message as a requested availability notification. Because email classifications and requirements may differ by location, the Seller does not rely on that description to remove protections that otherwise apply to commercial or direct-marketing email.

Public notifications do not reveal buyer identity. An active-checkout notification may show only the reserved quantity, a relative start time rounded to the minute, its expiration, and a de-identified event token. It never shows a country and disappears when the reservation expires or is no longer active.

A captured purchase with a billing country is withheld for at least one hour. Its country may then be shown only if at least five distinct fulfilled buyers from the same country exist in the preceding 30 days. When a country is shown, the notification omits quantity and precise confirmation time. A purchase for which no country can safely be shown uses generic wording.

Notifications never display or expose a buyer's name, initials, email address, street, city, Whop identifier, payment reference, checkout reference, or internal order reference. They may be turned off for the current page session. The activity feature does not add cookies or browser storage.

5. Information required for purchase

Checkout and contact information requested by Whop is needed to process payment, confirm eligibility, deliver the order, prevent fraud, and issue a receipt. If required information is not provided, the transaction or delivery may not be possible.

The Seller does not use purchase data for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Whop and payment partners may use automated fraud or compliance checks under their own notices.

6. Service providers and disclosures

Information is disclosed only as reasonably needed to:

  • Whop and its payment partners for checkout, payment, refunds, fraud, and compliance;
  • Supabase for database hosting and fulfillment operations;
  • Plunk and its subprocessors for purchase-email and requested one-time stock-alert delivery, and for workflow reports about permanent bounces and complaints;
  • Vercel and Supabase for website hosting, request handling, and technical logs;
  • professional advisers where necessary for legal, tax, security, or accounting work;
  • authorities or other parties when lawfully required or necessary to protect rights; and
  • a successor in a genuine business reorganization, subject to appropriate safeguards.

The Seller does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This website currently uses no advertising pixels or behavioral analytics.

The Seller does not send your checkout information or the content you add after importing Content Planner to Notion. When you choose to import the downloaded files into your own Notion account, Notion processes that account and workspace information under its own terms and privacy notice. The Seller cannot access your Notion workspace unless you independently choose to share information with support.

7. International transfers

Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Depending on the parties and destination, transfers may rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, the UK Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. Provider regions and transfer arrangements are reviewed as part of production setup.

Current hosting configuration: Vercel and Supabase, region East US (North Virginia). Contact the privacy email above for information about a safeguard relevant to your data.

8. Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including delivery, support, security, payment reconciliation, chargeback defense, accounting, tax, and other legal obligations.

  • Checkout reservation cookies normally expire after 10 minutes.
  • Download access normally expires after 30 days.
  • Pseudonymous rate-limit buckets inactive for more than 7 days are deleted.
  • A pending stock-alert email is kept until the alert is sent or the request is cancelled, for no longer than 12 months. If no restock occurs in that period, the email is deleted.
  • After a stock alert is sent successfully, cancelled with its private token, or removed following a verified deletion request, the email address is immediately removed from the waitlist record. Only non-directly identifying status, timestamps, and operational identifiers may remain for up to 30 days to prevent duplicate sends and resolve delivery issues, after which they are deleted.
  • When Plunk reports a permanent bounce or complaint through its configured workflow webhook, the raw email address is not stored in the suppression registry. The Seller also immediately removes the address from any matching pending stock-alert record. The Seller retains a keyed HMAC fingerprint and limited suppression-event data only while reasonably needed to honor the complaint, prevent another unwanted or undeliverable message, and protect email delivery. This suppression information is not used to send email or for marketing.
  • Transaction and refund records are retained for the period required by the Seller's applicable accounting, tax, consumer, and dispute laws.
  • Operational webhook, email, and support records are reviewed and deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed for delivery, reconciliation, security, or legal claims.
  • Provider logs and backups, including Plunk delivery records, follow the provider's documented retention cycle and may not be erased at the same moment as the local stock-alert record.

If information is needed for an active dispute, legal hold, or security investigation, it may be retained until that matter is resolved.

9. Security

The service uses measures designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS in production, restricted server credentials, signed and expiring download links, webhook verification, rate limiting, access-controlled administration, and least-privilege database permissions.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not email full payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • ask for access to personal information held about you;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion or restriction in applicable circumstances;
  • receive portable information you provided;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent where consent is used, without affecting earlier processing; and
  • complain to the data protection authority responsible for your location.

Send a request to privacy@contentplanner.store. The Seller may need to verify your identity and, where relevant, your order or stock-alert request before responding. Some information may need to be retained where law permits or requires it.

While a stock alert is pending, you may use the private cancellation control provided after sign-up to remove the email immediately. Keep its token private. If the alert was already handed to the email provider and is still being delivered, cancellation cannot recall it and that message may still arrive. You may also request cancellation or deletion through the privacy address above or support@contentplanner.store. After an alert is sent, cancelled, or expires, any later sign-up is treated as a new request for one new alert. An address associated with a retained permanent-bounce or complaint suppression will not receive another email while that suppression remains necessary.

11. Cookies

The website currently uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for checkout continuity and internal administration. It does not set advertising or optional analytics cookies. Details are available in the Cookie Policy.

12. Children

The product and website are not directed to children under 13. Direct purchasers must meet the age requirement in the Terms. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact the privacy email so it can be reviewed.

13. Changes and contact

Material updates will be posted with a revised date. If an update materially changes how existing information is used, additional notice will be provided where required.
