Terms
Terms of Purchase and Use
These terms explain who sells Content Planner, what the import kit includes, how delivery and setup work, and what you may do with the files.
1. Seller and scope
These Terms form an agreement between you and WE LAUNCH LLC, trading as Content Planner, referred to as the Seller. The Seller is the supplier of the digital product, provides support, grants the content license, and makes product refund decisions.
Whop provides checkout and payment-processing services. Whop is not the creator, supplier, or licensor of Content Planner. The legal supplier shown on this website must match the supplier identified at checkout and on your receipt.
2. Eligibility and contract formation
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase directly. A parent or legal guardian must authorize a purchase made for a minor.
The landing page is an invitation to purchase. Your order is submitted through Whop. A contract forms when payment is successfully captured while the requested inventory is available and the Seller accepts the order. You must provide accurate checkout information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.
By completing the purchase after the checkout displays links to these Terms, the License, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Privacy Policy, you accept the general purchase and license terms. This acceptance does not by itself constitute an express request to begin digital delivery during a statutory withdrawal period or an acknowledgment that any statutory withdrawal right will be lost.
3. The digital product
Content Planner is an English-language, Notion-ready content system for solo creators. It uses the Listen → Shape → Ship → Learn method to help you collect observations, develop useful ideas, publish deliberately, and review evidence from completed work. No physical item is shipped.
The download includes UTF-8 CSV files prepared for import, Markdown reference and prompt files, and setup guides in HTML and PDF. It is an import kit, not a hosted service, an official Notion product, or a one-click Notion duplicate link.
You need your own Notion account, an internet connection, and initial setup in Notion using its desktop app or web interface. You are responsible for importing the files in the documented order and checking the resulting properties, relations, and views. Notion's import behavior and features may change, and some configuration may vary by account or software version.
Content Planner organizes content evidence, ideas, production, and review. It does not create, schedule, or publish content for you and does not guarantee audience growth, revenue, reach, or other performance results.
4. Price, taxes, and payment
The advertised price is USD $12 per unit as a one-time payment. You may select from 1 to 10 units in one order. It is not a subscription. Applicable taxes, payment charges, the selected quantity, and the final total are shown at checkout before you authorize payment. Your bank may separately charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
Whop processes the payment under its Buyer Terms. Whop may appear on your card or bank statement as payment processor. Contact Whop for an unrecognized charge, duplicate payment, or payment-processing error. Contact the Seller for product, delivery, access, or refund questions.
5. Batch availability and surprise bonus
Content Planner is the product being sold. Each paid unit includes one Content Planner license and one unique surprise bonus link delivered by email. An order for three units therefore includes three licenses and three unique bonus links. The bonus has no separate price, no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged on its own.
The live stock count represents units currently available in the active batch. Browsing the website does not reserve stock. When checkout opens successfully, the selected quantity is held for up to 10 minutes. Payment must be completed before that hold expires; an expired or abandoned checkout does not guarantee any unit. Checkout closes when the count reaches zero or when sales are paused.
Arranging a new batch can take time and is not guaranteed. The bonus may be delivered by a third-party provider and may require an eligible account, acceptance of that provider's terms, and compliance with applicable account, age, country, and redemption restrictions. Any material eligibility restriction known before purchase will be disclosed before payment.
6. Delivery and access period
Delivery begins after Whop confirms payment and normally arrives by email within 10 minutes. The secure Content Planner download link remains active for 30 days. The email also includes one unique bonus link for each paid unit. Download and back up the files during that period.
If the email has not arrived within 30 minutes, check spam and promotions folders, then contact support@contentplanner.store using the email address from checkout. The Seller may reissue a valid download link after verifying the order.
7. License
The Seller grants one non-exclusive license for each paid unit. Each license covers the personal content work of one individual end user or the internal operations of one business. A purchaser who buys multiple units may designate one individual or business per unit and provide that designated license holder with one private copy of the files. Each license holder may use, copy, and modify the files to create original content and business outputs.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, publicly share, or otherwise redistribute the source files;
- give the files or download link to more individuals or businesses than the number of licenses purchased;
- upload the source files to a shared template library, marketplace, or public drive;
- remove ownership notices or falsely claim authorship of the original source kit; or
- use the files as the basis of a competing template or downloadable product.
Download access is provided for the limited period stated above. Once downloaded, you may retain your local copy and continue using it under this license unless the license is terminated for a material breach.
8. Third-party services
Notion, Whop, email providers, and any provider used for the surprise bonus are independent services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. The Seller does not control service availability, future feature or import changes, account eligibility, or a third party's decision to suspend an account.
Notion, Whop, and their related marks belong to their respective owners. Content Planner is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or produced by Notion.
9. Refunds, cancellation, and legal rights
The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains remedies for non-delivery, corrupted files, a product materially not as described, duplicate charges, and applicable withdrawal rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. For digital content, that right may be lost after access or download begins only when the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of the right at checkout. The current checkout does not collect that separate express request and acknowledgment, so completing a purchase does not itself waive any applicable statutory withdrawal right.
10. Results, warranties, and responsibility
The Seller will provide the files substantially as described and will use reasonable care in delivery and support. Content Planner is a general organizational tool, not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Your decisions and results remain your responsibility.
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, third-party service outages, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract formed. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit the Seller to exclude.
11. Suspension and termination
The Seller may suspend a download link or terminate the license when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized sharing, a reversed payment, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, the Seller will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Accrued payment and legal obligations continue after termination.
12. Changes
The version shown when you purchase governs that purchase. Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a new effective date. A change will not remove rights already earned under an accepted order or mandatory law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by New Mexico. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or access to courts available in the place where you habitually live.
Please contact the Seller first so there is an opportunity to resolve a concern. You may also use any consumer complaint or dispute process that applicable law makes available to you.
