Refunds
Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when a refund is available for the Content Planner import kit, how to request help, and how mandatory consumer rights apply.
1. Policy summary
Content Planner is digital content delivered by email. Each paid unit includes one Content Planner license and one unique bonus link. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the Seller does not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after download or access has begun.
This does not affect your rights when the files are not delivered, are faulty or corrupted, are materially not as described, or when a duplicate, unauthorized, or processing-error charge occurs.
2. Delivery or file problems
Automated delivery normally arrives within 10 minutes after Whop confirms payment. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, first check spam and promotions folders, then contact the Seller.
If a valid order was not delivered, the download link does not work, or the supplied files are corrupted, the Seller will first try to correct the issue promptly. For a multi-unit order, receiving fewer unique bonus links than the number of paid units is also a delivery problem. If the Seller cannot provide the purchase substantially as described within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
3. EU, EEA, and UK withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK generally have 14 days after an online purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. Different or additional rights may apply under local law.
For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory withdrawal right may end once download or access begins only if, before delivery, you expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged that starting delivery would cause you to lose that right. The current checkout does not obtain that separate express consent and acknowledgment. Completing the purchase accepts the general purchase terms, but does not by itself waive any applicable statutory withdrawal right.
To exercise a right of withdrawal, send a clear statement identifying you, the purchase, and your decision to withdraw. You do not have to use a specific form. The Seller will process a valid withdrawal within the period required by applicable law.
4. Refunds and remedies
A refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy may be available when:
- you were charged more than once for the same intended order;
- the charged quantity or total does not match the order you authorized;
- the payment was unauthorized or resulted from a payment-processing error;
- the Seller cannot deliver the purchased files after a reasonable opportunity to fix delivery;
- the files are corrupted, unusable, or materially different from the product description;
- the Seller approves a request under this policy; or
- applicable consumer law requires a refund or other remedy.
The Seller may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the order and understand a technical issue. This does not limit mandatory rights or place an unreasonable burden on you.
For a multi-unit order, an appropriate remedy may apply only to the affected unit or units, or to the whole order, depending on the issue and applicable law. The Seller will not reduce any mandatory remedy.
5. Surprise bonus
One unique surprise bonus link is included with each paid unit. The bonus is incidental to Content Planner, has no separate price, and has no cash alternative. It cannot be refunded separately. If an order or individual unit is refunded or reversed, the corresponding unused bonus access may be withdrawn where technically possible.
If one or more paid units exceptionally cannot receive the promised bonus, the Seller will explain the delay and offer a reasonable solution. Where required by law or appropriate in the circumstances, that solution may include replacement availability or refunding the affected unit or order.
6. How to request help or a refund
Email support@contentplanner.store and include:
- the email address used at checkout;
- your Whop order or payment reference;
- the quantity purchased and the number of affected units;
- a short description of the issue; and
- screenshots or error text, if relevant to a technical problem.
The Seller normally responds within 3 business days. Complex payment or fraud reviews may take longer. You will be kept informed when more time is reasonably needed.
7. Approved refunds and payment issues
Approved refunds are sent through Whop to the original payment method. Whop states that the payment reversal normally appears within 3–7 business days after approval, but your bank may take longer.
For an unrecognized charge, duplicate payment, or payment-layer processing error, you may also contact Whop at support@whop.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have with your card issuer, bank, or under applicable law.
8. Changes to this policy
The version in effect when you purchased governs that purchase. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that already arose under your contract or mandatory law.
